The suction base actually holds — my son yanks on the rim and it stays put on the high chair tray, which means way fewer yogurt explosions. The 12 oz size is perfect for his oatmeal, and the lids mean I can prep it the night before and just pop it in the fridge.
I've been through three bowls my daughter could flip in seconds, but these finally stay put through a whole meal. The lids are a nice bonus since I can just snap one on and toss leftovers in the fridge.
